Quantity surveying across Nigeria
Field-based attendance in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with documents prepared nationally and for clients abroad.
Field-based quantity surveying in every state
Nigeria does not build the same way in Lagos as it does in Kano, and it does not cost the same to build in Port Harcourt as it does in Ibadan. Ground conditions, haulage distance, labour rates, security considerations and the availability of particular materials all change the number. A cost estimate that ignores location is a guess with a decimal point.
The practice is based at #5 Peterch Street, New Karu, Nasarawa State, on the Abuja corridor, which puts the FCT, Nasarawa, Niger, Kaduna, Kogi and Benue within a day's travel, with the rest of the country reached by scheduled trips.
We attend sites nationwide, by appointment. Travel is quoted as a separate, visible cost, and visits are grouped by region where a client has more than one project, which is common for estate owners and diaspora investors with several builds.

KadunaWhat people ask us to do in Nigeria
The pattern of work is remarkably consistent across states.
Owners building for the first time
They have drawings, a plot, and a contractor's lump sum. They need to know whether the lump sum is fair, what the building should cost, and what materials to buy. A BOQ and a material schedule answer all three.
Diaspora clients
They have money going out and photographs coming in. They need measured verification, a written report, and a payment recommendation before the next transfer.
Owners already in trouble
The build has stalled, the contractor has claimed more than seems right, or the money has run out at roofing level. A measured valuation establishes what exists and what it is worth.
Estate and institutional owners
Multiple units, phased delivery, and a need for consistent measurement across plots so that one contractor cannot be paid differently for identical work.
