What we do across Africa, stated honestly
Field-based quantity surveying, the physical attendance at a site, is offered in Nigeria only. That is a deliberate limit, not a gap in ambition: a surveyor who claims to attend sites across a continent is either subcontracting to people you have never met or overstating what they can do.
Document-based work has no such limit. A bill of quantities, a material schedule and a cost estimate are prepared from drawings, and drawings travel perfectly. That work is available for projects anywhere, and is the basis of our work in the countries below.
The rest of the value is Naira. Nigeria's construction supply chain, and the rates that come out of it, are closely connected to its neighbours, particularly through cross-border trade in materials. For a project in Benin, Cameroon, Niger or Chad, Nigerian rate data is often a more useful reference point than a European one.

Field attendance is offered in Nigeria only. For all other countries we prepare measured documents remotely and will decline any instruction that requires site presence we cannot provide.
Why a document prepared in Nigeria is useful elsewhere
Comparable supply chains
Materials move across borders in West and Central Africa, so Nigerian prices are a meaningful reference rather than a foreign number.
Familiar procurement
Commonwealth and francophone African markets both expect formal documentation more often than Nigerian private clients do, so the document is understood on arrival.
Regional diaspora
Many clients in these countries are themselves part of a diaspora funding network, and the reporting format transfers directly.
